What if the silver are not released into the environment? Example, a water filter (similar to sand filter)with the silver particles attached / bonded (not coated) onto the filtration media at molecular level? Maybe that would overcome the concern of silver being released into the environment. I am currently at the final stages of coming up with the mentioned filter.
