I see it listed under Clinical Trials and the Press said summer of 2008, but here it is 2009. What is happening? Money? Politics? I see Wake Forest agreed to a marketing agreement with a mega national corporation. Are they calling the shots now? If so, I fear that this one might not see the light of day due to economic forces that will never be explained to the public. There are a lot of cancer sufferers out here, including me, that are waiting for something like this. Something not as barbaric as chemo and possibly/probably more effective. Somebody dies of cancer every 3 minutes in the US, and cancer costs us $115 billion in lost productivity each year. Now that is economics anyone can understand. He iniated a blood transfer : between femoral arteries to alternating femoral veins. He later did the transfer between a woman suffering with bone cancer,(30 days to live), and her best friend,(Doner). She went into remission for 4 years. This reqired small amounts of money and a lot of Love. Dr. Fogel,Dr. White: At UCLA Medical Department in 1980 or Earlier. If you combined processes what could happen then.
