What a pitty bats!For most of birds,people can paint bright color on blades or set LED light.It seems every wind turbine diyer should consider this question, I had better modify my current plans.
I am engaged in building my homemade wind turbines.

Nice post! Im sure some form of protection can be installed to save the bats, and in turn we can all carry on saving the world with wind power!

Silly question…..Given that bats are accoustically sensitive, is there a frequency or sound that would tell a bat “leave this area immediately”? Think of it as a dog whistle in reverse.

Going with green power has it’s environmental impacts on all forms of life.
A reasonable balance for all is sometimes hard to achieve.
We have been experimenting with tidal power and have found one
solution can cause a negative.

In our case we have to over come the problem of fish habitat
destruction.

All problems have a resolution, we just have to keep searching.
