		<description>I agree with this research. When I study and work at home I take regular breaks to go walk or relax on my backyard. This break gets my head working again and I can contiue with my studies and projects.

If every office would have garden maybe this would increase the employees productivity, who knows.</description>

		<description>It's amazing how powerful escaping your work environment can be sometimes - it must help you step back and consider the bigger picture.  I'm sure that this contributes to the getting outside theory.</description>
